Dual-Base End-to-End Manufacturing Capability.

RUIYYCO has modern manufacturing bases in Hangzhou and Dongguan, with a total area exceeding 10,000 m², possessing full-process manufacturing capabilities
from component machining and electronic assembly to final assembly and complete machine testing. Leveraging existing molds and dedicated tooling, it enables
rapid transition from small-batch prototyping to large-scale mass production.

Key Process Capabilities

Covering motor winding and dynamic balancing, precision assembly of the
reduction mechanism, heat treatment and gear grinding of the lock body,
force-controlled wire crimping and waterproof potting (IP67), ensuring high
transmission efficiency, reliable locking, and stable electronic control.

Automation and Special Equipment

Equipped with automatic screw locking, dispensing, fiber laser marking,
coordinate measuring, and hysteresis dynamometer devices, combined
with fixtures for motor press-fitting, lead screw assembly, lock body
assembly, and torque testing, stroke and tension calibration accuracy
can be controlled within ±2 mm.
